"I thought I could describe a state; make a map of sorrow. Sorrow, however, turns out to be not a state but a process." C.S. Lewis
Whether you have lost a loved one, a child, a marriage, a job, or a life-long dream, your grieving process is unique, and your grief journey is sacred.
"The secret of change is to focus all of your energy not on fighting the old, but on building the new." Socrates
At times, even positive change can feel stressful or overwhelming. Perhaps you are planning to relocate, to make a career change, to further your education, or you are preparing for changes through marriage, adoption, empty-nesting, or caring for aging parents; whatever you are facing, I look forward to helping you to regain balance, pivot and to thrive!
"All this pain, I wonder if I'll ever find my way... I wonder if my life could ever change, at all... You make beautiful things out of the dust... hope is springing up from this old ground, out of chaos life is being found ..." Michael Gungor
