At times, life can be very challenging and unpredictable. One of the keys to finding hope when your struggles feel overwhelming is having someone you trust as "safe," with whom you can freely share your thoughts and feelings. I find great joy in connecting with my clients and in supporting them as they seek hope and personal growth.

It‘s further disheartening when you aren‘t able to "snap out of it." If you've experienced a broken relationship, a devastating diagnosis, infertility, the loss of a loved one, or a life-long dream, there is healing; you are not alone.

I believe that every person is unique and created multi-dimensionally as body, (material), and spirit (immaterial). The human body is tremendously impacted by the internal world of thoughts and emotions. During the intake assessment, you will have the opportunity to share your emotional concerns as well as your physical symptoms so that optimal progress towards healing and growth may result. (Medical needs will be referred to a physician).
